APPLICATION CHECKLIST
This is a standard checklist for FHA, Conventional, VA, and USDA purchase loans. Some items may not be applicable to you. For Specialty programs such as Investor Loans, Bank Statement Loans, No Doc Loans, etc., please contact the Loan Officer.
PROOF OF INCOME
- Paystubs covering the most recent 30 days
- W-2's for the past two years
- If Self-Employed - Tax returns for the most recent two years
- 1099's for the most recent two years if you are an Independent Contractor
- Social Security Award Letter
- Pension Award Letter
- Child Support Order and proof of 3 months' receipt - if income received for a child, the income must be consistent and the child must be under 15 years old at the time of closing. (Please note that providing this information is only required
PROOF OF ASSETS
- Most recent Checking Account and/or Savings account statements covering the most recent two months
- Most recent quarterly or monthly Retirement Account statement
- Stock/Bonds/CD's
- Gift Donor Information - Name, Relationship to you, Phone, Address, and Email
OTHER DOCUMENTS & INFORMATION (IF APPLICABLE)
- Government Photo ID or Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Divorce Decree
- Bankruptcy Discharge Papers and List of Creditors
- ITIN Card
- Business License
- DD-214 (If you are a Veteran)
- Most recent Mortgage Statement for all properties owned
- Most recent tax bill for all properties owned
- Most recent Insurance Declaration Page for all properties owner
- Lease Agreement for all rental properties
